Job Description:

•Main responsibilities are to sales and marketing of home and personal care products.

•Focus is on direct sales to supermarkets, malls, housing societies, institutional sales, including Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Hospitals, etc.

•Job involves traveling - mainly in Mumbai and also nearby districts in Maharashtra.

•Online sales experience on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. is advantageous.

•Job requires report writing, hence knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint, email is essential

•Expected to exceed sales target Rs. 3.00 lakhs per month by end of 6-month probation period.

Compensation:

•Salary range Rs. 17,000-20,000 per month + sales performance linked incentives

Training & Performance evaluation:

•We will provide training in our products and company culture during first 4-6 weeks.

•Intermediate performance evaluation after first 3 months and final overall performance evaluation after 6-month probation period.

Confirmation after completion of 6-month probation period, subject to satisfactory performance.

Job Description:

• Main responsibilities are to sales and marketing of home and personal care products.

• Focus is on online / e-commerce sales and offline institutional sales, by managing stalls or point of sales at Supermarkets, Malls, Hospitals, Housing Societies, Institutes, etc.

• Job involves tele-calling potential customers in Mumbai and across Maharashtra.

• Experience of online sales on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc. is preferred.

• Job requires report writing, hence knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint, email is essential

• Expected to exceed sales target Rs. 50,000 per month by end of 3-month probation period.

Compensation:

• Salary range 12,000-15,000 Rs. per month, depending on capability and experience.

Training & Performance evaluation:

• We will provide training in our products and company culture during first 2-3 weeks.

• Intermediate performance evaluation after first 3 months and final overall performance evaluation after 6-month probation period.
